iEphemeris Pro is an astronomy program for iPhone or iPod Touch.

The target for the professional version is the astronomer who want to have in your pocket that main astronomical information.

The main difference with the Lite version is the ability to set your current location; a lot of astronomical calculations depends on your current position, and iEphemeris Pro allow you setting your coordinates.

There are three pages;

1. the main page gives you information such as:  Julian Date, Sidereal Time, Delta-T, Sunrise, Transit and Sunset;
   

1. the second page gives you all information you need on the Moon; actual phase, right ascension and declination, lunation, next phases, and more;
   

2. the last page gives you the main information on the Sun; right ascension and declination, day length, Sun maximum altitude, Civil Twilight, Sunrise, Sunset, Equation of Time, and more.
   

iEphemeris Pro can be customized by choosing:

1. if you wish to use iPhone GPS (iPod does not support this feature);
   

1. the hemisphere where you are living;
   

2. if you want distances in kilometers or miles;
   

3. if you want information in real time, or if you wish to set your own time and date;
   

1. to choose your location (latitude, longitude, elevation);
   

2. to choose any of all supported languages without change your device settings; changes concern not only the application language, but even the regional settings used by the program.
   

The application is localized in all main languages; Bulgarian, Catalan, Chinese, English, Finnish, French, German, Greek, Italian, Japanese, Polish, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Turkish.
